Remodeling a 75,000 square foot building is not a small project. Since our building was constructed several decades ago, most of the existing interior and exterior features were quite antiquated. The list of items to retrofit with modern updates was growing longer with each turn of the head. The biggest challenge to overcome would be to have the project completed by an ever approaching deadline. On top of this, there was a limited budget and no room to sacrifice quality.
